1. Der Tab „Aktuelle"

In the recent call list, you can see all calls that have been offered on your platform. You can switch at the top of the screen between 'Personal' for calls directed to you and 'All' for all calls for your company.

Don't see "Personal" and "All" at the top? Go to step 2

2. Verpasste Anrufe / alle Anrufe

In the recent call list, you can see all calls that have been offered on your platform. You can switch at the top of the screen between 'Personal' for calls directed to you and 'All' for all calls for your company.

You can also choose to display only missed calls.

Don't see all your missed calls?

  • Go to Profile.
  • Go to App preferences.
  • Scroll to Recent and check 'Show tab with all calls'.

To see the effective calls:

  • Click on Recent at the bottom of the page/App.
  • Press All at the top right of the page.

3. Anrufliste in Freedom

You can also find your call list in Freedom.

  • Go to Profile.
  • Click on your company name.
  • Click on Calls.

Note! You can only see this if you are a member of the permission groups as admin or call details.
